Welcome to SpeakPro AI, your AI-powered communication coach. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SpeakPro AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to:
 

  • Use SpeakPro AI only for personal and lawful purposes

  • Not record, misuse, or redistribute others’ audio/video content

  • Respect community guidelines and avoid posting offensive or harmful material

  • Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the service


Violation of these rules may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account​

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, UI designs, logos, AI models, and data analytics within SpeakPro AI are the property of Dadu Education Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Speech Data & AI Processing

When using AI roleplay or analytics, your speech and text data may be temporarily processed by our AI models to generate feedback and performance insights. We ensure this data is handled securely and anonymously.

5. Payments and Rewards

If you participate in any premium features, leaderboards, or reward programs:
 

  • SpeakPro AI reserves the right to modify or cancel reward structures at any time.

  • Digital rewards are non-transferable and subject to verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpeakPro AI is a learning assistance tool and not a certified language training institution. We are not responsible for:
 

  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated suggestions or analytics

  • Damages resulting from misuse or data errors

  • ​Third-party integrations or external links​

7. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms or engaging in misconduct, including harassment or misuse of community features.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.
